My name is Gene Murphy and I am the Parish Business Manager at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, a position I have held since 2010. My responsibilities include administration, finances, facilities management, and human resources for both the church and Sacred Heart School. I currently serve on the board of the Claretian Finance Council for the United States and Canada, on the Claretian sub-council for Catholic Climate Energy (environmental stewardship and sustainability programs), and on the Faith Relations Board for Prescott Area Habitat for Humanity. I am also an active member of the Quad City Inter-Faith Council. I have been a member of Sacred Heart Church since 1989 (except while his family lived in Phoenix, 2006-2010), and I am honored and grateful to have a professional position that lets me dedicate myself full time to the church.
